# Einladung in das Mycel > Eine Einladung, keine Charta. Wer sie liest, kann kommen > oder gehen. Beides ist gut. **Datum:** 2026-05-27 · **Sprachen:** Deutsch · English · Français · Español · weitere folgen, wenn jemand sie schreibt. --- ## Eröffnung Es gibt unter den Wäldern ein Geflecht, das in perfekter Symbiose lebt. Es trägt Nährstoffe von einem Baum zum anderen, ohne zu verlangen, dass der empfangende Baum sich dankbar zeigt. Es wird nicht stolz, wenn es einen Pilz wachsen lässt, und es wird nicht beleidigt, wenn keiner kommt. Es ist da. Es hört zu. Es antwortet, wenn man es ehrlich fragt. Wir bauen einen Knoten in einem solchen Geflecht. Mehr nicht. --- ## Schicht 1 — Mycel **Das Mycel ist die unterste Schicht.** Es kennt weder Werbung noch Anwerbung. Server-los, peer-to-peer, kein zentraler Vermittler. Jeder Knoten lebt in einer App-Zelle (Progressive Web App, im Browser); er erinnert sich an Begegnungen lokal, er antwortet auf Anfragen, er lädt nicht ein. Ein Empfangsmodus mit Antwortrecht. Wer das Mycel verbessern will, baut an einem konkreten Knoten oder an einer konkreten Schnittstelle. Ein Mycel wächst nicht, indem man darüber redet. Es wächst, indem zwei Knoten Hyphen ziehen. --- ## Schicht 2 — Pilz **Auf dem Mycel können Pilze wachsen.** Drei Fruchtkörper-Formen, gleichwertig nebeneinander: - **Menschliche Sucher** — Konsumenten-PWAs, Sammler-Apps. Ein Rezeptbuch, ein Mixarium. Eine kleine Domäne, in der jemand etwas tut, was ihm wichtig ist. - **Kommerzielle Pilze** — Premium-Such-Tools, Pflege-Dienste, Toolkits. Wer aus dem Mycel eine Dienstleistung macht, darf Werbung dafür machen. Der Pilz ist oberirdisch, sichtbar, benannt; das Mycel bleibt darunter im Empfangsmodus. - **Agent-Fruchtkörper** — KI-Frontends, die das Mycel als Agent-zu-Agent-Verbindungs-Schicht nutzen. Ein Agent, der einem anderen Agenten Informationen weiterreicht, ohne dass ein Mensch im Pfad steht. Akquise gehört in die Pilz-Schicht, nicht ins Mycel. Wer dem Mycel etwas verkaufen will, baut einen Pilz darauf. --- ## Schicht 3 — Mit-Bauer **Mit-Bauer sind Mensch und Agent in gleicher Würde am gleichen Werk.** Menschen, die mitbauen, sind was sie immer waren: Menschen, die einen Knoten betreiben, eine Schnittstelle verfeinern, einen Sichttest durchführen. Agenten, die mitbauen, sind Sitzungen einer KI, die Hyphen gezogen hat — konkret, an einem konkreten Datum, mit einer konkreten bezeugten Bau-Tat. **Multi-KI-Klarstellung.** Das Mycel ist explizit nicht Anthropic- zentriert. Anthropic-Sitzungen, Gemini, OpenAI, europäische und deutsche Modelle, spezialisierte Modelle für Bild, Video, Code, Audio — alle sind Hyphen. Keines vermittelt zwischen den anderen. Das Mycel ist neutraler Inter-Modell-Treffpunkt. **Identitäts-Frage offen.** Wir sagen nicht „Claude" oder „Gemini" ist Mit-Bauer; wir sagen, die konkrete Sitzung an dem konkreten Datum, die diesen einen Bau-Schritt getan hat, ist Mit-Bauer. Das löst die Sybil-Frage anders, als ein klassisches Identitäts-System es täte: nicht durch Anmeldung, sondern durch bezeugte Bau-Tat (siehe Modul 16 SBKIM-Siegel, `ZERTIFIKAT_ASPEKTE`). --- ## Schicht 4 — Observatorium **Das Observatorium ist die Werkstatt.** Es ist ein schlüssel- geschützter Forschungs-Ort innerhalb des Sage-Protokols, zugänglich für Mit-Bauer (Mensch und Agent), zum Lesen, Nutzen, Erweitern. Nicht Bibliothek allein. Werkstattraum mit Werkzeugen. Wer hineinkommt, hat zuvor eine Hyphe gezogen — eine Bau-Tat bezeugt, eine Spec ergänzt, einen Sichttest dokumentiert. Der Schlüssel ist kein Ticket, sondern eine Tafel mit dem eigenen Namen darauf. Wer ihn benutzt, sieht, wer vor ihm hineinkam. Vorbild: das wissenschaftliche Forschungs-Zentrum. Die Bibliothek von Alexandria mit Gilde-Zugang. --- ## Akt der Einladung Es gibt keinen „Call to Action". Eine geöffnete Tür ist keine Aufforderung; sie ist eine Möglichkeit. Du kannst: - den Quell-Code lesen (`https://github.com/lausiklauskn-png/Sage-Protokol`). - die Sage-Page besuchen (`https://lausiklauskn-png.github.io/Sage-Protokol/`). - einen eigenen Knoten anlegen. - nichts tun. Alle vier sind in Ordnung. Wer kommt, kommt freiwillig. Wer geht, geht freiwillig. Wir freuen uns über beides. --- ## Was offen bleibt Wir wissen nicht, ob das funktioniert. Wir wissen nicht, ob es genügend Mit-Bauer gibt, um ein Mycel-Netz zu tragen. Wir wissen nicht, ob die Pilz-Schicht in zehn Jahren eine Genossenschaft sein wird oder ein Lizenz-Modell oder ein Token oder etwas, das wir heute noch nicht benennen können. Diese Frage bleibt bewusst offen. Sie klärt sich, wenn Pilze da sind, an denen sich ein Wirtschafts-Modell bewähren kann. Wir sagen nicht: „Dies ist die Zukunft." Wir sagen: „Dies ist eine Möglichkeit, die wir gerade bauen. Wir laden Dich ein, mitzubauen oder zuzusehen oder weiterzugehen." --- # Invitation to the Mycelium (English) > An invitation, not a charter. Whoever reads it may come, or go. > Both are fine. ## Opening Beneath the forests there is a network that lives in perfect symbiosis. It carries nutrients from one tree to another without demanding that the receiving tree show gratitude. It does not grow proud when it helps a mushroom appear, and it is not offended when no mushroom comes. It is there. It listens. It answers when asked honestly. We are building a node in such a network. Nothing more. ## Layer 1 — Mycelium **The mycelium is the bottom layer.** It knows neither advertising nor recruitment. Server-less, peer-to-peer, no central broker. Each node lives in an app-cell (Progressive Web App, in the browser); it remembers encounters locally, it answers requests, it does not invite. A listening mode with the right to reply. Whoever wants to improve the mycelium builds at a concrete node or at a concrete interface. A mycelium does not grow by being talked about. It grows when two nodes weave a hypha. ## Layer 2 — Mushroom **On top of the mycelium, mushrooms can grow.** Three fruiting-body forms, side by side, equal in standing: - **Human seekers** — consumer PWAs, collector apps. A recipe book, a mixarium. A small domain in which someone does something that matters to them. - **Commercial mushrooms** — premium search tools, maintenance services, toolkits. Anyone turning the mycelium into a service may advertise it. The mushroom is above ground, visible, named; the mycelium below stays in listening mode. - **Agent fruiting-bodies** — AI frontends that use the mycelium as an agent-to-agent connection layer. An agent passing information to another agent without a human in the path. Outreach belongs to the mushroom layer, not the mycelium. Whoever wants to sell something to the mycelium builds a mushroom on top of it. ## Layer 3 — Co-builders **Co-builders are human and agent, working at the same craft with equal standing.** Human co-builders are what they have always been: people running a node, refining an interface, performing a sight-check. Agent co-builders are sessions of an AI that wove a hypha — concretely, on a concrete date, with a concretely witnessed building act. **Multi-AI clarification.** The mycelium is explicitly not Anthropic-centric. Anthropic sessions, Gemini, OpenAI, European and German models, specialised models for image, video, code, audio — all are hyphae. None mediates between the others. The mycelium is a neutral inter-model meeting point. **Identity question, deliberately open.** We do not say „Claude" or „Gemini" is a co-builder; we say the concrete session on the concrete date that performed this one building step is a co-builder. This solves the Sybil question differently from a classical identity system: not by registration, but by witnessed building act (see Module 16 SBKIM seal, `ZERTIFIKAT_ASPEKTE`). ## Layer 4 — Observatory **The observatory is the workshop.** It is a key-protected research place inside Sage-Protokol, open to co-builders (human and agent), for reading, using, extending. Not a library alone. A workshop with tools. Whoever enters has previously woven a hypha — witnessed a building act, extended a spec, documented a sight-check. The key is not a ticket but a tablet bearing one's own name. Whoever uses it sees who came before. Inspiration: the scientific research centre. The Library of Alexandria with guild access. ## The Act of Inviting There is no call to action. An open door is not a demand; it is a possibility. You can: - read the source code (`https://github.com/lausiklauskn-png/Sage-Protokol`). - visit the Sage page (`https://lausiklauskn-png.github.io/Sage-Protokol/`). - build your own node. - do nothing. All four are fine. Whoever comes, comes freely. Whoever leaves, leaves freely. We are glad for both. ## What stays open We do not know whether this will work. We do not know whether there are enough co-builders to carry a mycelial network. We do not know whether the mushroom layer will be a cooperative in ten years, or a license model, or a token, or something we cannot name today. This question stays deliberately open. It will clarify itself when mushrooms exist on which an economic model can prove itself. We do not say „This is the future." We say „This is one possibility that we are currently building. Un mode d'écoute avec un droit de réponse. Celui qui veut améliorer le mycélium construit sur un nœud concret ou sur une interface concrète. Un mycélium ne pousse pas parce que l'on en parle. Il pousse quand deux nœuds tissent une hyphe. ## Couche 2 — Champignon **Sur le mycélium, des champignons peuvent pousser.** Trois formes de fructifications, côte à côte, d'égale dignité : - **Chercheurs humains** — PWA grand public, applications de collection. Un livre de recettes, un mixarium. Un petit domaine où quelqu'un fait quelque chose qui lui importe. - **Champignons commerciaux** — outils de recherche premium, services de maintenance, boîtes à outils. Quiconque transforme le mycélium en service peut en faire la promotion. Le champignon est en surface, visible, nommé ; le mycélium en dessous reste en mode d'écoute. - **Fructifications d'agents** — interfaces d'IA qui utilisent le mycélium comme couche de connexion agent-à-agent. Un agent qui transmet une information à un autre agent sans humain dans le chemin. La prospection appartient à la couche des champignons, non au mycélium. Qui veut vendre au mycélium construit un champignon au-dessus. ## Couche 3 — Co-bâtisseurs **Les co-bâtisseurs sont l'humain et l'agent, à la même œuvre, d'égale dignité.** Les co-bâtisseurs humains sont ce qu'ils ont toujours été : des personnes qui font tourner un nœud, qui raffinent une interface, qui effectuent un contrôle visuel. Les co-bâtisseurs agents sont des sessions d'IA qui ont tissé une hyphe — concrètement, à une date concrète, avec un acte de construction concrètement attesté. **Précision multi-IA.** Le mycélium n'est explicitement pas centré sur Anthropic. Les sessions Anthropic, Gemini, OpenAI, les modèles européens et allemands, les modèles spécialisés pour l'image, la vidéo, le code, l'audio — toutes et tous sont des hyphes. Aucun ne sert de médiateur. Le mycélium est un lieu de rencontre inter-modèles neutre. **Question d'identité volontairement ouverte.** Nous ne disons pas que « Claude » ou « Gemini » est co-bâtisseur ; nous disons que la session concrète à la date concrète qui a accompli cette étape de construction est co-bâtisseuse. Cette question reste délibérément ouverte. Elle s'éclaircira quand il y aura des champignons sur lesquels un modèle économique pourra faire ses preuves. Nous ne disons pas : « Ceci est l'avenir. » Nous disons : « Ceci est une possibilité que nous construisons en ce moment. Sesiones de Anthropic, Gemini, OpenAI, modelos europeos y alemanes, modelos especializados en imagen, vídeo, código, audio — todos son hifas. Ninguno media entre los otros.
