Why. This paper existed twice, at two addresses, and the two
versions were not identical. They even carried different titles: this one read
"An Open Protocol for Semantic Bidirectional Knowledge-Integrated Matching", the other
"A Protocol for Semantic Bidirectional Matching". Two texts with the same heading and
different content cannot be repaired once someone has cited one of them. As of
2 September 2026 only the version under docs/papers/ applies.
The canonical reading is "Semantic Bidirectional AI Matching". That is how the name appears in the other repositories of this network.
